Black Boy rose (bare-root)

The Black Boy rose is a repeat-flowering climber with a sweet fragrance and clusters of semi-double, dark crimson blooms. 

Ideal for planting against walls, trellises, fences, arches, verandah posts and chain fences. Performs best when left alone for the first two seasons after planting, after which any long arching stems can be espaliered for a beautiful screen with clusters of colourful scented blooms from spring right through to autumn.

Roses are delivered by courier within NSW and with Australia Post for out-of-state orders. If your order is bare rooted, it will ship during winter from June through to August as soon as stock arrives at our nursery in Armidale. Potted roses can be purchased year-round once stock arrives in July (subject to availability).
